we have a beach just 5 minutes walk from our bungalow so I love morning walks down to the pier head and back


I sometimes stop for a cuppa here


otherwise I love using our multi gym for ST

I walk 60 minutes per day 30 blocks plus I do 40 minutes of exercise. I love to walk because its a low impact cardiovascular exercise and I get to burn the calories from eating breakfast.

My goal is to walk 1 hour per day and 6 hours per week and 24 hours a month until I reach my weight loss goal. Plus I will exercise daily 40 minutes of stretching, arm circles, squats, knee bending, breathing techniques, head and neck exercises,and lots more.

I like to swim but only fit it in once or twice a week. Go to gym twice a week with a friend, more of a social event then serious workout if I am honest but still better than nothing. I love to walk in the fresh air...treadmills bore me. As I do not drive I prefer to walk rather than use public transport where possible. I also love my gardening and this as well as housework is probably my most regular exercise

If I had my own private pool (if only!) I would swim every day, but I've stopped going to the public pool due to a couple of incidents of athlete's foot!

Of the three you mention, my order would be running first, then cycling, then swimming.

However, my favourite forms of exercise would be Zumba or any kind of dancing (fun for me but painful I am sure for anyone watching!) and lifting weights. And those two are what I do most I suppose, apart from walking.

I enjoy swimming and cycling the most but do more running than the other two combined. Have to ask myself why?

As I have dogs, and also don't drive, I do a lot of walking! I like to incorporate little runs in my walks (though it doesn't do my confidence much good when I'm running and the dogs overtake me at a walk!)

I do like bike riding, but only in good weather. No hills round here so nothing too strenuous.

I go to Zumba classes, and try and workout a lot at home - I have dumbbells, a step, a rebounder and numerous fitness DVDs.

I love to walk, I don't mind if it is outside or on the treadmill.

I also like to cycle but not short runs, my normal track / route is around 10 to 15 miles. As most of it is uphill it is a good workout

I love walking, using my mini-gym at home and doing my gym workout; for the moment, while I convalesce, it'll only be a small amount of gentle walking. Just glad I prepped myself physically before my op, by working out regularly at the gym. I'm sure it's made a big difference to my recovery process already!

I love walking! Am streaking 20+ minutes every day (Day 13 today) but am increasing it to 1 hour every Monday to Friday.
