It really depends on what is wrong, I keep going if I can but injury means a change of pace or a different approach

I do "something"! I usually go for a shorter walk than usual or use lighter weights for ST if I'm really rough I adhere to the old adage of listening to your body.
If it needs rest it'll tell you,
i usually feel a little better for showing up!

Hi I have a Mouth infection and bad tooth pain. Frustrated because any excercise ups blood pressure and my mouth throbs painfully. I guess you need to let your body let you know your limit. emoticon

pamled:-)Slow but sure to stop my flab gaining more.

And when you feel better, you start slowly again, not just jump straight back in to where you were before.

My rule-of-thumb when I'm not too well: if I feel well enough, I'll do some exercise, though less than when I'm at normal health; otherwise, I'll just try to do some walking.

You don't exercise if you have an infection especially a chest infection. Wait until you are better.

recently i get cold with coughing, lost of voice, temperature and etc. my friend advice to slow down with exercising, because if will make me feel worse.. I feel that i have less energy for exercising, but should i wait when i get well and do my normal exercises or should do at least minimum workout? now i just go for a walk for 30-60 minutes..
