Strength training your triceps ... strength training is crucial to lean muscle and any fitness plan. go ahead try some tricep exercises.
youtu.be/ZO81bExngMI Triceps are the flabby part we hate at the back of our upper arms.. You can do these with any weight you are comfortable with .. even if you just start with a can from the kitchen cabinet..
come on you can do these sitting if you aren't mobile enough or don't have a bench..
Just go for it.. not just today but everyday you work out or think about the flabby side... emoticon
