1 Eat a fruit or vegetable you have not eaten in at least 60 days.





OR




2.Do the card challenge today. Draw 2 different cards and do the exercise it represents.




Hearts ==== Jumping Jacks
Diamonds ===sit ups
Clubs ==== burpees
Spades ==== Wall pushups

So for example if you draw a Queen of Hearts you would do 10 jumping jacks if you draw a five of spades you would do 5 wall pushups.

This month we will do the challenge a little different, MOST days I will post 2 challenges and you can pick which one you want to do. I will be posting a new challenge every day. You do not have to do the challenge the day it is posted.On each Challenge I post do it "Today" you have from the time I post the challenge until the end of the month to complete it. On all the challenges I put "this month" on, you can go back and count it if you have done it earlier in the month.
