February 1 - I like the card or weather type challenges also trying new foods I have not eaten before. The sleeping 8 hours a night is a good one as I often find myself only getting 6 or 7 hours a night.

I like the eat a certain color foods per month. Since March is almost Spring (at least where I am) maybe we could do a theme of "Spring forward into good habits". Combine both fitness and nutrition (do an extra 10 minutes of fitness once per week, try one new fruit or veggie, try a new healthy recipe, ect.)

February 1 - I like the card or weather type challenges also trying new foods I have not eaten before. The sleeping 8 hours a night is a good one as I often find myself only getting 6 or 7 hours a night.

February 1 - I like the exercise challenges, like do 25 jumping jacks. Maybe we could do something about staying in calorie range for so many days. I also like the eat five servings of Freggies

You do not have to do the challenge the day it is posted.On each Challenge I post do it "Today" you have from the time I post the challenge until the end of the month to complete it.
