learn to enjoy foods you really like. get rid of the trigger and and snack foods. plan meals ahead and always have the recipe basics in the fridge and pantry.

One housemate only knows how to bake fish or bake a pizza. The other housemate does nothing at all. So...

I will be cooking for myself with my crockpot. I have got to lose 5 pounds every month. When the housemates want "served" it is always something that "they" want.

Now...it will be what "I" want. Vegetable soup, cabbage soup, tomato soup...maybe with egg noodles etc.

What do you think?
