My goal is to continue this healthy lifestyle I'm working on. Sort of a resolution is that I want to become more consistent with my strength training and get on a regular schedule with it.

None. I don't make resolutions. They tend to "fail" before one gets out of the gate.

Yes, I will make a resolution to continue to journal my food and exercise. I am also going to make a resolution to make sure I maintain my current program, and to improve on it.

I don't make resolutions. I just try to be a better person than I was the year before. I try harder at things I wasn't good at, or I try new things. I've made resolutions in the past but wasn't very successful. Too much pressure I think!

I am new at this posting, but here is a couple of mine.
1. Eat only what the body needs.
2. Exercise no less than 10 min. A day not skip this do to less time.
3. Lose weight healthy.
4. Learn metitation to apply daily.
