1 mile tonight with the dog. I have been doing 1 mile with dog and then 1 mile after I drop him off. I would like to start the jog/run/walk program soon, but want to get a little better time with my walking, make it routine, and get new sneakers. I found a hole tonight in my pair I am wearing now that are probably 5 years old!!!

I've done 2 miles with Leslie Sansone so far today. It's been storming all day so indoors only for me. I plan to do another mile after dinner.

I got to go outside and walk yesterday after all. I got in more than 5,000 steps. I have more than 4,000 steps so far today. I still plan to go out and get a real walk in.

Woke up at 5 to go out before work (first day of school!! -3rd grade teacher) 2.5 miles walking 4 minutes/ jogging 90 seconds in intervals 48 minutes total :)

I didn't measure time or distance. I pushed the stroller with my 1yr old daughter in it for as long as I could this morning. Had to make a quick stop back at the house for bug spray early on but kept going after.
