I'm back! Did ChaLean Extreme Burn Intervals tonight, which mixes cardio and weights. I can tell it's been awhile but it felt great!

My cardio of choice right now is walking.

2.3miles to a meeting tomorrow and 2.3 miles back.
But 4.6 miles is just to close to 5 to pass up. I will walk once more about the block to make sure I get at least 5.0 miles.

My main cardio workouts involve running, biking (outdoors and indoors), brisk walking, and elliptical. During the snowy winter months, I include snowshoeing.

Darn it! I seem to be off. I have a new Beach Body workout coming (new year, get slowly back into exercise after almost 7 weeks of no exercise) so am doing low key stuff to gear back up.

Today, was a Ellen Barret scultping DVD. It's pilates based and uses very light hand held weights; also some floor work. Good workout.

Oops, this is tomorrow! I'll repost when I hopefully do a cardio workout. emoticon
