Yep, it is grueling... the entire set takes an hour... every gym member that has seen me doing them makes a comment to the trainer, "please don't make me do what she is doing"... its a real treat. I am doing my last one today!!!!

Hey Team! These are great exercises... I am doing these to get ready for my figure competition... I do supersets (4 sets) of 25 reps... ouch! But hey, they work for shaping your legs into beautiful things!
