All good. The Side-lying double leg lift always bothers my hips -- have no idea why, but it does, so I try to do something similar in a standing format. Still, it's a good one.

The second one was actually in my ab workout tonight - wow. It's good. But, I will say, that I really watch my back with exercises like this.

I'm completely incompetent with it comes to reverse plank. I've done it a few times, but usually revert to Table Pose. I'll get there one day, though!
