Wow. I have some DVDs by Ellen Barrett that incorporate a variation of the pendulum. Good exercise.

The other - very good. The last one looks to be a killer. I didn't know about Prevention TV, so I'll be exploring it. I have a DVD by Chris Freytag and like it; might have to see about others by her.
