Chalene is awesome. I enjoyed Power 90 Tony is great too. But Chalene gives me more spunk to continue. I'm thinking about redoing P90 after Chalene. The slower receptions are killer.. Good Luck with P90 emoticon

I did the Scupt 1-2 today from Power 90 and got these covered, except no weights with the leg exercises.

Really thinking about the Chalean Extreme to liven it up a bit.
