Checking in at the end of this challenge. I didn't do so well with the running, but down 6 pounds instead of three and doing good with drinking more water.

Mainerocks I totally understand and congrats on the baby! I have not had a child, but I have had to deal with weight gain after a foot injury which made working out impossible for a few months. Great job with posting on Sparkpeople and loosing weight post baby. I can't imagine that is easy with how busy you must be now, so three cheers for you.

I dropped a few more pounds this week. I'm actually on the high end of the 130s now, but I want to stay with this group at least until the July challenge is over. I've found these leaving 1-- ville groups really motivating. I don't like to rush out of a group though once I hit the next decade of numbers though. I like to give it several weeks to make sure this weight loss and new 10 pound range is something that is maintainable for me.

That's fantastic! I'm teetering back into the 150s... should be there by next week! Disclaimer: I know this is the 140s board but I'm dropping baby weight post pregnancy ;-) Hope it's not too long before I am truly in 140-ville again!

I somehow managed to drop three pounds, mostly due to diet though. I've been cutting back on white flour, meat, and heavy dairy. I'm only running once a week and need to be better about my water intake as well. I need to bump it up on these other two goals.

1-Run at least 3 times a week

2. Loose 3 pounds

3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day

We are also doing a "biggest loser" challenge at work that ends the same time. I won the last round, so I'm hoping for a repeat victory! :o)

We have 7 weeks till July fourth. What is a reasonable goal you have for yourself in that time? It could be pounds shed, a new activity or fitness goal, or a healthy life style change like getting more sleep, drinking more water, etc. Whatever your goal is try to check in here once a week so we can cheer you on!
