Today I did a 5 mile walk which took me around 80 minutes.

We have a Wii as well, but I haven't "sat down" with it to figure out which exercise games will work best for me. When it gets hotter I'll probably like using it more, but getting outside while its semi-nice here is nice.

Yesterday, I did:

2 miles on my treadmill
3 SP videos for my January Startup challenge
31 minutes of miscellaneous Wii exercises :)

I do love the Wii. I found the Bullseye one a lot of fun and definitely good exercise for my arms.

Good job posting Estelle.

I've been doing 40 or more minutes of walking every day (my dog's rehab) plus 30-45 mins on the Wii: all the yoga and various ST/advanced step/hoola hoop & balance games. Now if I can just keep it up!

Went swimming for 2 1/2 hours with my 6 and 8 year old nieces. Lots of "racing", pulling, dragging, throwing, sumersaults and whatever kids like to do. I'm tired!

Don't obsess over weight loss. Wellness is about making your life bigger, not smaller.

Karla - it's not a rule that you have to post here. That's just your choice. Sometimes I remember, sometimes I don't. I'm like you, I post it in my tracker and I also move at least 10 minutes a day every day. I like posting here because it helps me to meet new people and get encouragement from my "teammates". I seem to do better if I have people motivating me, which is why I came back to Spark. But that's just me and everyone is different. You have to do what works right for you and your journey.

Ok, I've gotta say I'm not loving posting this here. Sorry everyone, but there are just too many places to track/post fitness & other goals etc (for me). Last week our fearless leader asked on SparkMail if I had done the 10/day. I think I'll wait for that mail then just hit reply once and answer. I tend to do something at least 10 mins everyday. Yesterday and today I swam for 45-60 minutes both days but I've already posted it in the tracker. I hope no one minds me only wanting to track my fitness once. Thanks!

32 minutes of various exercises. It's 10+ but not what I hoped for. I almost skipped it, I'm so tired today :-( I wish I could count the hour of sanding the bench I'm working on refinishing. If so I did more than I thought LoL.

I did 35 minutes today. I walked for 30 minutes and did coach Nicole's 5 minute butt blasting video. Not up to what I normally do. I have not been feeling all that great.

Rejoined the gym. Did 35 minutes on the treadmill, even ran for 12 minutes. WooHoo! I'm going to be shopping in "regular" sizes soon! It's gonna happen.

I'm in for the challenge. I just started doing the Jillian Michaels workouts. They're rough but I'm finally losing again after trying everything under the sun for 3 years.

I'll join in and it should be fun.
If we are starting this week it is as follows.
7-24-11 440 minutes cardio and fitness
7-25-11 10 minutes cardio
7-26-11 180 cardio and fitness
7-27-11 steps 4056 325 minutes
Days are different because with chemo I do 1 day and the next I am beat, just the way it is.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do
