My plan was going pretty good...but I pulled a totally clutzy move and pulled something in my hip....so I have to take it a bit easy on the running!

I'm slowly getting back into it. I tossed all the fatty, salty foods in my house and did some food shopping yesterday. Gonna try to get a workout in today.

Great plan!

My plan is to TRACK every day. If I don't track my nutrition, I have no idea how much I am eating (even if I think I do.)

It's MON and my plan is 30-60 cardio min a day.. at home or the gym... just do it for the holidays and keep dangerous weight gain at bay.. even trying to lose this week.. we will see!
