Exercised I love -

1. Kickboxing
2. Zumba
3. Jogging
4. Yoga
5. Pilates

Exercises I hate -

1. Burpees
2. Anything really low impact. I get bored easily.
3. Stairmaster
4.
5.

Can't think of 2 more exercises that I hate lol...

8. A photo of you doing a yoga pose

I didn't get a chance to take a photo of me doing yoga. I may pass on this one though cause I am not photo ready yet lol


9. Something you like about yourself

I like that I am able to adapt to my surroundings. It makes it so much easier to ease into a situation, place, or even meeting new people, and have a good time in the end.


10. A photo of a healthy snack

I ate all my snacks already. I will take a pic of one tomorrow!


11. Tell us about your hobbies beside fitness

I've been getting back into reading! I didn't realize how much I've missed it. I hadn't been able to read as much as I used to , and so one of my goals this year was to make time, read more, and read a certain amount of books by the end of the year! I also like doing crafts and drawing.

7. Your favorite fitness blogs

I don't really have any favorite fitness blogs, but I do like going on Pinterest, and looking through their health and fitness Pins. They are pretty motivating, and also there are some fitness challenges that you can find on their too.

So for yesterdays challenge -

4. My workout was only 25 minutes but it was pretty intense. It was the T25 beach body workout with Shaun T. It was a full body circuit workout which was pretty cool. I worked out my arms, legs, and core with strength exercises, as well as did cardio in between.

5. What inspires me, fitness wise, is seeing peoples transformation stories. It is amazing to see someone who was extremely obese, lose all that weight, and are fit and healthy. Sometimes I don't think I can do it, and then when I see stories like that, I think "if they were able to do it, and then I should be able to do it. No excuses!" I used to watch Biggest Loser and that was also really inspiring to see these 200 - 400 pound people doing intense workouts and sticking to it!

Ok gotta catch up with the challenge!

1. My fitness story.. I started sparkpeople in 2009 with Taso when we first decided that it was time to live a healthier lifestyle and lose some weight. I did really good, and actually maintained my goal weight for a really long time. Then about 2 years ago, when I started living on my own, that is when I started going into a downward spiral. Because it was only myself that I had to cook for, I kind of got lazy and stopped, which meant I was eating out more. Then even though I tried keeping to a workout routine, eventually I started slacking on that. Then when I started school, I pretty much completely stopped working out because I just didn't have the energy. As time went on, I started gaining weight slowly, and now I am at my heaviest. I want to get back into a healthy lifestyle, and I want to feel good about my body again. When I was fit and active, I still used to think I was fat, which is sad because I look at pictures of myself then, and I was thin! My mentality now is different. I don't hate my body, but I do want to lose some weight and tone up. I don't want to be as thin as I was, I just want to fit in a size 11/12. That's not much to ask emoticon

2. I want to try and stick with a fitness challenge. I haven't started off great, only worked out on Saturday, but today after work, I am supposed to pick up a copy of this workout program from my friend. So I really want to try and stick with it for the next 60 days! I would like to be twenty pounds lighter, and toned up by July of this year, since I have a wedding to go to in Columbia!

3. I didn't get to take a pic of my dinner last night, but I brought leftovers with me for lunch today. So I will take a pic of my lunch and post it for day 3 challenge, since it is the same plate as dinner last night.

May not be the prettiest looking dish, but it sure is yummy!
