Its been a rough start to the week but I managed to get more water in yesterday than I normally drink so that's something I suppose, lol! We'll see how today goes!

New Challenge for December to ring in the New Year!

So we've hopefully made some new habits this last month. Now lets focus on different things every week to see how we do!

emoticon Week One - December 1st - December 7th - Try to get 8 cups of water in every day this week! See how well you do and if you already do this then this week should be easy-peasy for ya!

emoticon Week Two - December 8th - December 14th - Try to get the right servings of fruits and veggies every day this week! It's going to be tough but you can do! We believe in you!

emoticon Week Three - December 15th - December - December 21st - Try to get in at least twenty minutes of fitness this week every day! Anyone can do twenty minutes, right? Break up into four 5 minute intervals, two 10 minute intervals, anything that works for you!

emoticon Week Four - December 22nd - December 26th - We're breaking down this week! Try to get a full night of sleep every night! If this means 8 hours for you then shoot for 8! If this means 6 then shoot for 6! Whatever you need to actually function (and function WELL) because the body needs rest too!

emoticon Week Five - December 27th - December 31st - Pick one habit that we've worked on this last month and spend a day of this shortened week doing it! Four habits, a different habit every day! And on Day 5 (January 31st), relax because the New Year is here!
