I'm so sorry I didn't keep up with this guys. I blogged a little of what happened this month if you guys want to read up. I figure once Fourth of July is done I can make a new goal for Labor Day and try to get back into it all.

Tuesday June 10th - Cardio day! Get in your freggies and water today!

I might be able to swing the freggies and water but I've had bad sleep today so I will probably be a train wreck.

Ok, picking up where I left off:

Thursday June 5th – Cardio day!Get in your freggies and water today!
Concerning the cardio, yes. I walked a ton and on heels so it was rough but by the end I had walked about 45 minutes to an hour. This was after my interview. I had a ton of energy to burn and that did it!

Friday June 6th - Get your ST minutes in and stay hydrated! Focus on your core today!
I did not do this but I think I knew this whole week would be bad for ST.

Saturday June 7th – Choose one thing on your bucket list and try to get it done today! Then focus on rest and sleep! Try to get in a full eight hours!
Hahahahaha so the first thing on my summer bucket list was to have a BBQ. We did this for Memorial Day but I wasn't counting that as summer yet. This day I did. And BOY did I get 8 hours. Yeesh.

Week 2!

Sunday June 8th – Plan your meals for the week!
I didn't do this but I also haven't had a chance to cook. I still have lean cuisine meals in the freezer so all I really need to worry about is dinner.

Monday June 9th - Get your ST minutes in! Focus on legs today!
Yah! Done! Did an NTC workout this morning.

Ok so because I'm the worst team leader on the planet, I'm updating late!

Week One!

Sunday June 1st – Day One! Plan your meals for the week! Cook enough for leftovers!
I did plan out some meals and since I have bought some lean cuisine meals, lunch is for the most part covered for the week!

Monday June 2nd – Get your ST minutes in! Focus on legs today!
I ended up having to switch these two, between today and Tuesday. I did a ton of walking all over the place, from hanging with the friends at my old workplace so walking the dog along the pier.

Tuesday June 3rd – Focus on cardio today! Fifteen to thirty minutes of something that will get your heart pumping, your choice of activity! Take a walk, go for a run, go play a sport with your kids or your friends! And get in your freggies and 8 cups of water today too!
Concerning the food, I did all right but I didn't get in the water. I didn't get a chance with the ST at all.

Wednesday June 4th - Get your ST minutes in! Focus on arms today!
I'm going to see if I can do this and legs after work today because I couldn't get to it this morning.
