I wanted to bring this back since we just started May and I want to maintain this motivation:

Nutrition: track all my food (and track it ahead if it's possible) for the entire week.

Fitness: Work out at least three times this week. This morning marked Day One for the week of 5.1- 5.7.

Creative: Read at least one full book this week. I finished one yesterday but my reading goal is suffering this year something BAD. I was supposed to read 75 books this year. I have read FOUR. So I need to either rectify that or work on it.

Those are the goals I have for May altogether but I may change them up week to week. However there will always be a goal for each of the three above: Nutrition, Fitness and Creative.

Fitness: Work out three times a week.
I haven't done any NTC yet but I went out this morning to run a bit with my dog and yesterday all I did was walk since my guy's car is out of commission at the moment. I'm going to change this to work out three times a week.

Nutrition: Track every bite of food every day of the week.
I have to track yesterday's food but so far today I'm up to date.

Stop: Quit drinking soda and alcohol.
For this week so far I'm okay with the alcohol, nothing the last two days. Drank last on Saturday. And I had like two ounces of soda yesterday, lol. Nothing today so far.

Fitness: Do one NTC workout three times a week
I haven't done one this week at all. I did a workout on Tuesday but then was sick Wednesday and was rush-rush-rush yesterday and today. So I'll work on this one for next week.
Nutrition: Track every bite of food every day of the week.
I have to track yesterday's dinner and snack. And today's lunch. Besides that I'm up to date.
Stop: Quit drinking soda and alcohol.
I had margaritas on Tuesday and I had soda yesterday, a whole 2 ounces of it when I gulped my guy's bottle, lol! Besides that, nothing else to report!

I know Im late! Havent had a chance to spark in a couple of days!

Ok so I shall start this goal this week!

Fitness: (I have to just double check in my gym membership is still frozen or not, but if not..) Go to the gym at least once a week.

Nutrition: Have at LEAST 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of veggies a day.

Stop: eating sweets at work.

Ok Hopefully I can do this! Baby steps baby steps lol!

My Goals for May:

Fitness: Do one NTC workout three times a week
I did only one this week but I ran for the other two days so I might need to modify the wording of this.
Nutrition: Track every bite of food every day of the week.
So far I'm good, I need to track yesterday's dinner and today's breakfast still. Will get on that in a few minutes once I finish visiting teams.
Stop: Quit drinking soda and alcohol.
Ah. AH. This is the tough one. I'm good with the alcohol. I've been AF since maybe middle of April. The soda one is...rough. I had soda yesterday but not the day before. I think I traded alcohol for soda as my vice though honestly if I drink soda, it's usually only an 8 ounce serving.

So this is something a little bit like a challenge I have going on in another team.

For the month of May (you guys can start now if you want!), you're going to pick three goals: one fitness based, one nutrition based and something you want to quit/stop. List the goals on this thread and update as often as you want but definitely try to update once a week!

These are my goals:

Fitness: Do one NTC workout three times a week
Nutrition: Track every bite of food every day of the week.
Stop: Quit drinking soda and alcohol.

I added two to the Stop goal but that's just something I want to do. I've been doing pretty well with this goal in my other team so I want to continue that but I definitely want to stop drinking soda. I don't drink a ton of it (usually less than a cup every couple of days) but I never drank it before as steadily as I have been so that has to stop/slow down.

Anyway, those are my goals. I'm going to see if I start them if not tomorrow then May 1st!
