Ok, here we go! Two weeks of health and fitness activities leading up to Valentine's Day! Check it out, see what you guys think and if it's feasible!

emoticon Saturday, February 1st: First day! Try to get in 10k steps today!
emoticon Sunday, February 2nd: Cook a healthy meal today and try to make enough for leftovers!
emoticon Monday, February 3rd: Get in your eight cups of water today!
emoticon Tuesday, February 4th: Do a video/DVD workout today, get your fitness in!
emoticon Wednesday, February 5th: Focus on your fruit and vegetable servings today! Try to hit that number!
emoticon Thursday, February 6th: Get in at least 7 hours of sleep today!
emoticon Friday, February 7th: Focus on your meals today, try to stay within all your numbers! This will be especially tough for some sparkers because itís Friday but you can do it!
emoticon Saturday, February 8th: Go outside, walk around, and breathe in the air! Itís the weekend and time to recharge for the upcoming week! Halfway through already!

emoticon Sunday, February 9th: Plan your meals for the week! Get it in ahead of time so you have less to worry about!
emoticon Monday, February 10th: Eat breakfast today! Youíre starting a new work week (mostly) so start it off right!
emoticon Tuesday, February 11th: Get in your full eight cups of water! Let that be todayís focus!
emoticon Wednesday, February 12th: Work on getting in the right number of fruits and veggies!
emoticon Thursday, February 13th: Get in 7 hours of sleep! Tomorrow is the big day!
emoticon Friday, February 14th: emoticon Happy Valentineís Day! emoticon Get some fitness in today, work up some happy feelings for the great day ahead!
