Hm. Richard has taken to the "PB and J" that he tried out when we were in the States many years ago, but I can't say it's ever appealed to me. I try to avoid things made with sugar. But apples and bananas are better options. We have porridge ("oatmeal") for breakfast and put raisins and banana in it so we don't need anything else to sweeten it.

Think not. Do.

LOL I mistakenly mentioned that one friend had given me the idea about apples and peanut butter to the person who actually HAD given me the idea and she flipped out a bit. It really is a good mix which is probably why she was so irritated when I said it, lol! But I also want to try peanut butter and bananas which I heard was pretty good too, lol!

Alas, I love peanut butter but find it ever more difficult to digest these days. Maybe if I eat it earlier in the day. I've never tried it with apple though.

Think not. Do.

From here until Spring I plan on watching my nutrition and losing a few pounds. How many, I don't know, but if I don't focus on a number maybe I will have better luck and more faith in myself.

What's your challenge?
