Mid-September Goals:

1) Decorate my desk at work. I HAVE A DESK, PPL!!
2) Decorate the apt for Fall. I HAVE AN APARTM-never mind.
3) Workout out at least 5 days a week. This one will be the toughy because I wake up every single day with back pain and it always holds me back.
4) Try to drink six cups of water a day. Also a toughy but should be better once I get comfortable at my branch.

Ok that's what I got so far!

Goals for September!

1. Get back into sparking daily
2. Clean up and unclutter my apt, and also decorate it some more for the fall!
3. Get in more runs during the week to be prepared for my half marathon
4. Go to the park more often with Phoenix in the mornings
5. Get in a workout at least 5 times a week.
6. Try some new healthy recipes from spark recipes

Week 1 challenge (9/10/12 - 9/17/12) -

This weeks challenge is going to be all about goals! Update your goals for the month of september! Most of you guys might have done this already since we are already 10 days into september, but if you havent, do so now! What would you like to accomplish for this month? It doesnt have to all be fitness related goals. Share with us what your goals are and then I want you to post those goals up somewhere in your home! Write it down on a paper and tap it where you will see it every morning when you wake up. Be as creative as you want. If you want to do a whole poster of your goals DO it!

I also want you to look for a good motivating quote that you can write along with your goals to give you that extra umph to get through the day! Share with us the quote you found!

Fall is here folks!! What does this mean? Beautiful crisp air, wonderful fall scents, and awesome fall holidays to look forward to! First holiday of this season is in 51 days!! So lets try and drop 7 by halloween so we can look our ROARING best! emoticon

Every week I will post up a new challenge for the team to complete! It will be all kinds of challenges! Food challenges, workout challenges, maybe even craft challenges emoticon Hee!! Either way I want these challenges to be fun and have you guys loving fall all over again as well as keeping us all healthy and fit as the season progresses!
