Checking in on how well I did in February:

My goals for February were:
1. Increase group exercise to at least 4x/week (DONE!)
2. Run 4 miles 1x/week (DONE!)
3. Keep tracking food consumption (Could've done better, but, pretty consistent)
4. Lose 2 lbs (Uncertain...will try to weigh sometime today. I think I might've though!)

My goals for February:
1) Lose two pounds this month. Don't know if this is even feasible anymore. I think I gained a few pounds with the cruise so I might be up about three which means about 5 away from my goal weight again. Boo. emoticon

2) Read four books this month. Yeah this one I blew right out of the water. I think I read like six to eight of them. My goal is to read 50 this year, I think I'm up to 13. They're fairly easy books though. I love me some YA books. emoticon

3) At least get my smallest pair of jeans to sit on my hips! I promise to at least try this tomorrow to see if they even fit past my thighs. Oof. In the meantime, let me start making goals for March, lol! emoticon

1. Run 5K each week (DONE, with personal records for avg pace each week!)
2. Keep tracking food consumption (DONE, consistency trophy for January)
3. Stay calm at work (nearly done, I didn't get overwhelmed until the 23rd of the month)
4. Lose 2 lbs (Uncertain, I rarely weigh in...will do so on Wednesday of this week)

My weight is slowly going down, so a bit thing for me this month is getting my measurements to do the same, which means... exercise! Working on it. Getting better at working in small bits of exercise and activity if nothing else. It's definitely a start :)

These were my goals for January:

1) To do that January Challenge I joined.
2) I plan to try to read four books this month.
3) Weight loss goal is two pounds, nice and hopefully easy!

I dropped out of the January Jumpstart because it bored me to tears with the videos. I instead got into my own workouts full time. So that was a plus. I read five books last month so I knocked that second goal out. And I lost more than two pounds definitely since I am now two pounds over my goal weight.

My goals for February:
1) Lose two pounds this month (should bring me to my original goal weight)
2) Read four books this month
3) At least get my smallest pair of jeans to sit on my hips! I haven't even attempted that this month because I don't need to be let down. But maybe by the time this month is done even though we have a cruise coming up in two weeks.. But maybe next month if I get them on my hips, I'll aim to buckle them, hahahahahah! emoticon

Goals for February!!

1. Lose 2.5 pounds by the 15th. I gained weight, and although I know I cant lose what I gained by the time my cruise trip comes around, I want to try to make it to at least 160!

2. Pay off one of my credit cards!

3. Start my half marathon training!

My goals for January and results -

1. Do not touch any of my credit cards! Results - I did touch my credit card twice, but for 2 small purchase.

2. Register for half marathon. Results - I did it! I registered for the Diva Half Marathon in October! Woohoo!!
