Been to the gym 7 days running. Getting a day off tomorrow, Richard has a dentist's appointment.

Ok two goals down. I read the four books for the month and I have lost the two pounds that I wanted to lose today. I am now two pounds over my original goal weight. Now I just want to lose 7 pounds by April Fools Day. The last goal is gone because I was just so bored with the Jumpstart Challenge that I dropped the team. So two out of three for the month, just made it!

Well so far, I'm about one goal out of three. This book I'm reading will make four books for the month. I started off the Jumpstart Challenge and have managed to continue with my workouts but not with THEIR workouts. I was very bored by the Sparkpeople videos so I went back to my original format for working out, going back to my own workout vids and ST. And I have yet to do a weigh in but I'm going to hope that all my holiday weight gain is dwindling or already gone. Jeans are feeling ok again and my motivation is here and there so I think I'm in a good place currently.

My January goal is to do that January Challenge I joined last week. January started off rough for me. I celebrated New Years a bit too much and was hungover yesterday for the majority of the day plus we then had to make our way back to Brooklyn from PA. So all in all a weak start but one that gave me time to mull over my resolutions and revamp my way of thinking. From here on out, I plan to follow that Challenge and try to read four books this month. Weight loss goal is two pounds, nice and hopefully easy!

My January goals are to work out at least 4 days while on vacation. To lose 4 pounds and to log my food. Also ST 3 times a week!

I have two goals for January!

1. Register for the Diva Half Marathon. Its not until October but I figure if I register early, its going to make me HAVE to start running again and conditioning my body to run for the 13.1 miles!

2. To NOT touch any of my credit cards! I had been really good not touching my credit cards up until two weeks ago because I needed to get christmas gifts and I didnt have the cash.. BOOO! lol One of my New Years resolution was to finish paying off my cards, it can still happen cause luckily my credit limits are low! But I just have to stop using them! So yea not gonna even LOOK at my credit cards!

So we have already shared what we would like our New Years Resolution to be! But we all know that a lot of the times its hard to complete our new years resolution because we have a WHOLE year to complete it and so we keep telling ourselves, "im gonna do it but I have time so I am going to do it next week, or next month, or in a few months!" And then before you know it the year is over and you havent completed ANYTHING! Its happened to me MANY times and I am sure its happened to you!

So what I want us to try and do is work on month to month small goals! Hopefully completing small goals each month will help us work towards completing our BIG goal, which is our New Years resolution!

SO! First month, of course, is January!

Whats your goals for January??

We can DO it!!!
