Wednesday 6/6/12 - 10 min dog walk, 15 min walk to the bus. No cardio today, headachy this morning.

I don't remember how many minutes I did yesterday. I did catch up on the last two workouts plus did an Ab workout so I'm caught up with Month 1 of Insanity!

So for the new week:

Mon 4/2 - 15 min walk to the bus, 15 min dog walk and 35 min cardio workout

Ok! I did Recovery this morning instead of last night. That was 30 mins. I took the 15 min walk back home from the bus because the bf did not pick me up at work. This morning I did the 15 minute dog walk and then the 15 min walk to the bus for work.

Total so far: 300 mins.

Ok yesterday I went home with a migraine so I got nothing in except the walks. This morning I did a 15 min dog walk and then the usual 15 min walk to the bus plus 40 mins for for Insanity Plyo. Hopefully tonight I can do Cardio Recovery which is the workout I'm supposed to be on if not for the migraine yesterday. Wish me luck!

Total so far: 225 mins.

Ok so yesterday I did Insanity Cardio resistance and it was about 40 minutes. I also walked the dog (15 mins). On Monday I also had to do a 15 min walk back from the bus stop because my guy didn't pick me up from work. Nothing yet today workout wise because my guy got up late for work which made me late for everything else. Only my 15 min dog walk and then the 15 min walk to the bus stop.

Total so far: 155 mins.

Mon: 25 mins of Insanity Pure Cardio. Will do the rest tonight along with Cardio Abs and hopefully a small ST routine. Also my 15 minute dog walk and then my 15 min walk to the bus.

3/5 - 40 min cardio, 15 min dog walk

3/7 - 20 min dog walk (I'm adding in the one I had to take at 3:30am because Tucker decided to bark up a storm this fine morning), 30 min "cardio" (I hate Insanity's Cardio Recovery almost as much as I hate P90X's Yoga!!), 75 min walk to work. I'm especially proud of that walk to work. It is a looooooong walk!

3/8 - 15 min dog walk, 15 min walk to the train to go to the main branch, 20 min walk from the D train station to my job (the N was rerouted over the D line and I actually got kinda lost for about 5 minutes), 40 minute cardio.

Total time: 350 mins

I didn't do any major workout yesterday. Looks like my body needs to kick it into gear because WOW, the workout on Monday left me sore all over my bottom half. Just walking up a set of stairs at work was like, "OWOWOWOWOW!" emoticon

So yesterday was fairly easy, nothing major. Today when I get a chance and the bf takes Tucker for a walk, workout time!

2/27 - 15 min walk with Tucker, 15 min walk to the bus stop, 30 mins NTC Lean program, 15 min walk back from the bus stop to go home.

2/28 - 15 min walk with Tucker, 15 min walk to the bus

2/29 - 30 min walk with Tucker (day off today)

I'm actually kind of excited that I can update this at work and during my lunch (at the training, I mean). Spark hasn't been working well for me at my branch for the last few days.

1/30 - 40 min walk with Tucker this morning, 15 min NTC ab workout this morning (I wasn't up for anything more this morning. Woke up sore and headachy.) and a 15 min walk to the bus stop, hauling @$$. Seems my bus driver likes to leave up to 5 mins early, I just learned the other day.

1/31 - 30 min walk with Tucker, 15 min walk to the bus and 30 mins circuit training.

2/1 - 15 min walk with Tucker (it was raining out, lol), 15 min walk to the bus stop, 30 min circuit training

2/2 - 40 min walk with Tucker, 25 min walk to the train and then to the main branch altogether. I hope to get a workout in later today since I knew I wouldn't be getting much of a chance in the morning before heading out for this training.

Total so far: 270 mins

Ok I can do this! I stopped taking the vitamins and so now I have MUCH more energy then when I was taking them so I feel good and ready to kick butt!

1/31 - 50 minute run, 38 minute walk home

2/1 - 20 minute circuit training, 37 minute walk home

1/23 - 30 min walk with my dog (in the snow, it really raised my heart rate!), 15 min walk to the bus stop, 45 min circuit training

1/24 - 40 min walk with my pup (that snow is GONE, wow), 15 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk back home from the bus stop after work, 45 min circuit training.

1/25 - 40 min walk with my pup this morning (ran into my old bus driver!), 45 min circuit training, 15 min walk to the bus.

1/26 - 40 min walk with the puppeh, 20 min circuit training, 15 min walk to the bus stop

1/27 - 30 min walk with the pup, 30 min cardio workout, 15 min walk to the bus.

1/28 - 60 min walk with my guy (meaning my pup Tucker, lol)

1/29 - 25 min walk with Tucker, 50 min walk with Tucker (his dad was away at a Honda show so I had to take him on all his walks yesterday, hee!) and 35 mins of Shed and Shred Level 2. Sore triceps FTW!

Total: 625 mins for the week ending Sun 1/29
