I'm surprised, I'm actually doing kind of OK with these mini-challenges! I have yet to give a goodie today but I did a 30 minute workout this morning and I have soup this week for dinner (my guy's chicken-veggie soup) so I should be able to get all my portions in!

Ok so I haven't been doing too badly with this although it seems I need more veggies (aren't beans and nuts part of the veggie group? I read somewhere that at least beans were...) and I need to step up my goodie giving, LOL! So let me get on it!

Hmm I am for sure going to do 2 and 3...I will try to do one...but I never seem to have enough time to accomplish this...maybe I will schedule in spark time in the evening.... :)

Let us know which mini challenges you choose to do.

1. Give a SparkGoodie DAILY.

2. Eat at least 3 vegetable portions and 2 fruit portions EVERY DAY this week

3. Exercise at least 10 minutes, 4 times during this challenge.
