I confess, this weekend I ate more than the recommended serving/s of: fatty foods.

BUT! I also am very proud to report that I didn't overdo the alcohol the way I know I can.

I promise to drink at least 6 servings of water a day

My biggest motivation for this CHALLENGE is: to look tanned and sessy for the remainder of the summer and look trim for Halloween '11!

I'm setting one major goal for this challenge, which is to work out at least 30 mins daily (except for my two rest days)!

DIY 7/19-7/31

I confess, this weekend I ate more than the recommended serving/s of - everything... ( I ate a lot this weekend..)

BUT! I also am very proud to report that I - took a walk to my dads house to burn at least a few calories

I promise to drink 8 servings of water a day

My biggest motivation for this CHALLENGE is to hopefully reach my goal weight again!

I'm setting one major goal for this challenge, which is to conitue walking to and from work everyday to burn some extra calories!
