hey gang,

let's change this to a monday through sunday night schedule..

so far 60 min yoga thurs and 60 min walk saturday..


120 for the week..

this week, shooting for the stars with 420 and some ST

I worked out last week but I didn't update here at all, wow. Ok, so starting yesterday:

9/21 - 30 mins cardio, 30 mins walking
9/22 - 15 min walk (my back has been killing me since yesterday so no ty, exercise, lol!)

Total so far: 75 mins.

Ok I have to go by my Sparksummary schedule here because I'm honestly too lazy to go to each and every day and try to remember what I did. So here we go. Since last Wednesday:

9/7 - 40 mins.
9/9 - 70 mins
9/10 - 155 mins (did a ton of walking plus a workout and a half with my mom too)
9/12 - 30 mins

I don't know what that equals because I'm tired. Somebody give me a calculator. 2+2 equals...

Total so far this week: 295. Not bad for a vacation week!

Today I took the train to work and I am going to take the train back home so no walking, but I am definitely going to try and get a quick workout in before company comes over tonight and so I will record my total for the week tonight!
