Well done. I kind of had an insight last night. Instead of beating myself up for what I did wrong yesterday, I wrote down all the things I did right for my health. There really was a lot. I felt better and have done better today.

I cant stick with logging my foods. I have tried but it doesn't work for me. My one change was sitting down each morning and evening to sort of... re-focus on my goals. I look over my goals, see what I have done thus far, see what else needs to be done, try to avoid any pitfalls the day might have, Etc. The twice a day check in keeps me from mindless munching and helps me stay on track.

Not 100% perfect, but I have been logging my food since May and analyzing the emotions and situations about the food I eat. I have logged every day, but not always getting every bite, down and sometimes I don't get it written until the evening. So who knows how accurate I have been.

Starting small is a way to assure success.

We don't always have the motivation to change many of our unhealthy habits.

So--one habit at a time. My friend has started with breakfast. She has been successful just being sure daily she has a healthy breakfast. Later on to add another healthy habit.

I have to be diligent about caring for myself. 100 DAYS OF WEIGHT LOSS is a great way for me to keep focused. Day 1 is July 1, 2017. Build habits to produce success. Most of these habits I have at least tried before but did not sustain. First habit: delay eating by using a timer.
