I like progressive challenges.

Definitely need some help getting back into the swing of exercising regularly and menu planning and tracking. Back to basics, I guess.

Anyone interested in doing a fall challenge? If you are interested, what are your trouble areas? What do you want to work on? What type of challenge would interest you? (Progressive, working on one thing each week, doing videos, strength training, cardio, personal, etc?)
