Week One (1/28): 184.4 (i'm always heavy on Monday mornings and this particular Monday includes a visit from TOM, uggghhh!!!)
Week Two (2/4): 184.4 been up and down all week and finished flat
Week Three (2/11): 183, finally moving in the right direction
Week Four (2/18): ugghhh!!! up again 184.something, don't even remember exactly from a couple of hours ago
Week Five (2/25): 189.8 - YIKES!!!
Week Six (3/4): 186 - heading back in the right direction
Week Seven (3/11): 183.6 - almost back to square one
Week Eight (3/18): 184.2

Up one pound overall.

My adjusted nutritional goals (50% carbs, 20% fat, 30% protein) have been going very well - I haven't had the nighttime munchies quite as bad:)

March 4th (Most progressive day of the year!) - I'm holding steady at 134lbs

Yesterday, I adjusted my food tracker goals to eat 1400-1600 calories with 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. Lately, I've been struggling with feeling full enough and, after doing some research, this seems like a good idea. Granted - yesterday was my first day, but I did feel better in the evening and didn't even get the "night time munchies"!

OK girls, looks like we need a mid challenge pep talk!! List the reasons for wanting to lose weight. Family, summer, fit in clothes again, and then make a reward for when you reach it! I have been wearing nursing bras and my old bras dont fit well, SOOOO I am going bra shopping when I reach my goal. :) GO TEAM, We can do this!!!

My weight is holding steady at 134. I've been working hard to lose another couple pounds, but I think I've been gaining muscle mass over the past couple of months due to lots of strength training. I guess the low 130's is my ideal range (which I'm happy with).

Weigh in 120, as excited as I am, I do know a lot of my weight loss this week is stress and starting my period....but I just have to eat healthy exercise and keep it off. 5 pounds till my goal, but if I stay same and increase muscle I will be totally happy with that! best wishes everyone, summer is almost here. Diet and exercise are the keys to success and healthy, good size eating brings a long wonderful life...then when you very to goal you can cheat a little. emoticon

All of your weights will be posted here. Weigh in by Monday morning each week. Remember, you don't have to weigh in on Mondays, you can keep your weigh in day. For instance, I normally weigh myself on Fridays, so I will use Friday's weight for the Monday weigh in.
