Put a smile on your face, a spring in your step, and watch out for negativity. Go out of your way to be kind and help others. Do unexpected things for others.

Some ideas are

~~Make breakfast in bed or pack a lunch for a loved one

~~Open doors for others

~~Do a chore or task that would normally be someone else's job

~~Make a special meal for someone

~~Put others BEFORE yourself

~~Give someone a foot/back massage

~~Tell someone how special they are

~~Tell a clerk or customer service representative that they are doing a great job

A kind word or gesture goes a LONG way!
