Hooray for you!!! I am so proud of you! Not checkiig in like I should, I know - boo on me! BUT have averages 1-2 miles daily AND a week of my ttapp stretch dvd! Go me! Now to get in the dvd groove with Leslie Sansone and I'll be in high cotton!

So glad to be back on track! Weighed in this morning, and I lost 4.6 pounds. emoticon

Thursday 10/16 1.52 miles
Friday 10/17 2.59 miles

Total: 10.51 miles
To Go: 19.49 miles

Okay, I have stayed within my nutrition goals for the past two days. Today should be number 3. I think my motivation is picking back up again, thank goodness!

Monday, 10/13, 1 mile
Wednesday 10/15 1.67 miles

also, I noticed my October totals weren't matching and found that I had walked 2.33 miles on 10/1, so adding that

10/1 2.33 miles

Total: 6.4 miles
To go: 38.6

That's almost 3 miles a day for the rest of the month, which I know I can't do without hurting myself, so it seems wise to revise my goal to 30 miles. That will require 1.5 miles a day for the rest of the month which will be challenging but potentially achieveable, so should keep me motivated.

So how is everyone else doing on their goals? I have fallen off the wagon big time for the past two weeks - my husband was away from home and I ate stuff I shouldn't have and didn't walk, then we were on vacation for a long weekend and I had not walked since we got back Tuesday. Until today. 1.4 miles... back on track... emoticon

My goal for October is 100 miles - I have 3 HMs already slated and looking at adding a couple more place my training wogs

I think I need to make my personal goal 60 miles :-) I almost hate to say that out loud! But the truth is that I do at least one mile almost every day - rain or shine. 45 miles is about 1.5 daily and totally within what I already do.

Tell you what - I'll set 60 - but I'll pledge to DOUBLE YOUR mileage :-) emoticon

Okay, here's the new thread for October! Let's set our goals and see if we can encourage each other to meet them.

My goal for October is 45 miles...anyone else?
