Thanks for the advice SAK05261... I have started walking with weights 2 to 3 times a week.

dont forget weight training. carry cans or such on the walk

I have been away for 6 months not tracking in here and have gained back 16.5lbs... I am already getting back on track with my 1 hour walk in the mornings before work and I add 90 min of cardio dance in the evenings...I have achieved 1727 workout minutes in October emoticon
