HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

You ladies are all doing so well! I fell off the exercise bandwagon and gained 5.5# in the process. After today it's treadmill every day at least until Christmas. Great job ladies!

George, I have 2 beagles that both sniff the grass while they walk at an 18 minute mile clip, so with my dogs it is definitely exercise!!! Sometimes I wish I could walk alone just so I can relax and enjoy the scenery, but they love to get their sniff/walk in!

Got in the gym tonight. 30 minutes on the bike & 25 minutes on the elliptical. Seated hip abduction weight machine: 3 sets of 20 at 70 lbs.. Seated hip adduction machine : 3 sets of 20 at 85 lbs.

I never counted walking the dog as exercise before because he stops to sniff every blade of grass but since my wife is out of town and I'm walking him ALL THE TIME, I'm going to count it.

45 min. of walking yesterday
1 hour 15 min. of walking and taking him to the dog park
