Great idea to clear our minds of "Can't" I love yoga but not very good in getting into the poses but I do the best that I can emoticon and its so relaxing

Hmm I was trying to think of what I say I can't to I will have to give this some thought

Today while on SP, I saw this positive saying and I pinned it. But, while I was doing that a thought came into my mind. In so many blogs and comments on varies different team, I hear that word "I Can't". So, I click on it to read what it say and it just hit me. We are a team of people who want to stay focus, positive, motivated and just plain to feel good about ourselves.

What I would like for us to do is the Clear our minds of all of the negative for one week. And put down in writing from one of those I can't do list and try to do it for one week. Just try it for one week.

Yoga is not my strong suit and I really can't do it, but guess what all this week, I am going to do yoga. I do not care if I hit all zero, but I can do yoga this week.

Will you join me in this challenge?
