This was my first month in the challenge. Setting a goal and entering my exercise and reading your efforts were great motivators to get my fitness in. Hope to exceed it next month. My dogs and my gym membership (that I previously neglected) benefited also! Thanks all! emoticon emoticon

I've been sick and haven't worked out these last 2 weeks. I had a fever for 5 days straight and couldn't break it. I went to the ER and they said I had probably gotten a virus that left me with acute bronchitis. I'm feeling better but wondering if I can still make my minutes. I did get to the health club today.

This morning I did 45 min. on the treadmill then this evening I went to the gym and did 20 min. elliptical and 60 min. wt. lifting.

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
