Thanks! A little different being 40 and pregnant than with my boys. Really would LOVE to keep the weight gain with this one to the "medically recommended" weight gain.

I am currently walking 2-3 days a week and would like to step it up! Just started my third trimester at 40 Yrs old and seeing jiggles on the arms and legs.

Power walk- 30 minutes w/ heart rate around 140 bpm
Bicep curls
Lateral raises
Lat pull downs

Arch cardio trainer- 45 minutes w/ heart rate right around 140 bpm
Triceps
Chest press
Upright rows

Power walk- 60 minutes steep incline w/ heart rate around 140 bpm
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Walking lunges
Kick- backs

Arch cardio trainer- 60 minutes
Calf raises
