Hi all!

I just found this challenge and I NEED this! I'm not quite a morning person but if I don't work out in the morning before work, it's a bust. I would love to be motivated to do strength training after work and this just might be the ticket!

I love cardio and I teach a Step & Core class at the YMCA after work but if I'm not teaching, I don't typically make the effort to go.

It's nice out today and my husband isn't working tonight so we're going to take the dog for a walk (I jog) after work and then go to Planet Fitness where I'll do some weight machines & lift.

Hey all.

I need to get myself moving so I'm not so lethargic and generally feeling blurrrrrg and I'm not a morning person, so working out after work is the only time for me!

As my workouts vary in length -I'm just putting an average time as my goal number. On days I don't have a long workout planned I do 20min on crosstrainer then crash out on the sofa on Sundays emoticon Also as I'm just catching the end of this month my total goal will just be from yesterday til month end; I'll start anew in May!

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
