I had a three week set back with a cold virus that settled in my lungs. I was on track until I got sick. Now I've re-started on an 8 week journey! This weekends long run is only 4 miles. Oh well, I feel like I have done some nice recoup 3 milers lately. I'm ready for my long four miler tomorrow. I have never prepped for a half marathon in such a short time. Today I cross trained for 30 minutes on my exercise bike.

Feel free to add and/or message me! I am already signed up for the Tinker Bell Half Marathon at the beginning of May. So our timelines probably match up a little bit. It would definitely be nice to keep in touch with someone else doing a half marathon around the same time!

I'm in Canada in Ontario so probably the GoodLife half in Toronto. A friend is trying to talk me into a 15km trail run instead. :) That will take the same training and tend to be more challenging. How is your training going so far. I did 60 minutes on the treadmill this morning.

Do you have a planned race for this spring? It would be nice to chat with a fellow runner here on Spark during training.

I probably won't make it this year, because I didn't know there was one and I'm training for one closer to home for the same date, but enjoy your training and I'll definitely have to look into for next year!
