Did hill and speed work (100 yard sprints) yesterday and will be running about 6 miles tomorrow, 4.25 Friday, and 7-8 Saturday with my training group. We will be increasing to 10 miles on Saturday's in about 3 weeks.

Hi Floyd,

That was the first HM I ran was the Urban Cow in 2012. I ran it in 2:17 and am hoping to improve my PR (currently 2:10) to the under 2:00 mark also.

I'll be there shooting and training for a sub-two hour. I ran it in 2012 in 2:20, but I am in much better shape now. I ran it then with a hamstring tendon injury which hampered me.

I currently run with a training group that's pushing me forward with strength, interval, and distance running.

In April, I ran the Capital Classic 10-miler in a 9:40 pace.

Hi,

It's been a couple of years since I race a HM (I've done 2).

Is anyone else doing the Urban Cow? It's a pretty flat course and well run.
