Do you have GERD in your own life or will you keep a daily food diary and start eliminating. Is tomatoes, citrus fruit, chocolate, coffee, tea, alcohol, carbonated drinks, fried & fatty foods, spicy fiods, dairy, creamy foods, foods cooked in butter, peppermint and spearmint something youy need to eliminate or is it something else causing problems.

What lifestyle changes are you "willing" to do?
