Some of that is "water weight" which will be right back if you stop drinking lots of water or you increase your salt intake. I wouldn't worry too much yet. Unless you've been on a radical diet all will even out pretty soon.

As my Dr said, you didn't gain it over night, you shouldn't loss it over night. Not only isn't it good for your body, but you won't be building a lifestyle you can live with. Congratulation on the first 20, that is a big step

I lost about 20 pounds between when I started and now. I'm not too unhappy with that; I like the weight loss, but I'd rather go at it slower.
