That's a good question. I looked at it and think that someone put a number box where there should have been a check box. For myself, I'd put the number of hours I managed to go without eating before going to bed each day, which would give me record to encourage me to continue or improve, whichever was needed. You could SparkPeople email a team leader or just stick something in there since it's mostly for your own information.

I never set this goal, since my Dr told me to never go to bed hungry and it was better to save 100 calories for a snack before bed. Some days I need the snack, somedays I saved myself 100 calories.

Having said that I looked at the challenge. It looks like you put a 1 in if you didn't eat for 3 hours before bed and just leave it if you did eat.

What do you put under the goal? How many hours before , the time of last eaten? Or do you just put a number one to show you didn't eat later?
