Wow, you and I are at the same starting weight.! I just started back on SP after a very long time. Last Saturday, I weighed 192. Today, 189.2! I am so excited to get my life back.

Last Friday I was at 186 and this morning I weighed in at 181.9!! Woo Hoo!!

this pic is me back in March at 192. How did I allow 52 excess pounds to creep up on me!!

I'm 52 also. The last time I was at my ideal weight was @ 40.

I'm finding that using the phone app to log my food is really working for me. LOVE the bar code scanner. I use it for everything I can. I did WW many years back. Although I did reach my goal weight, I was TERRIBLE at logging my food. (Of course I didn't have a cell phone, much less a smartphone back then LOL) Logging my food intake is really helping and the activity tracker is really motivating me to move more. Reaching my goal with the support of SP is a matter of when now, not if. That makes me feel successful already!!

Making mindful choices, that's how I roll.

Like some of the other posts, I am looking for accountability with people on the same weight loss journey. I am 52 with multiple autoimmune diseases, so I need to be successful for my health more than anything. Looking and feeling better will be icing on the cake, so to speak. Lol. I was going to the gym faithfully, then got sick, then went back and reinjured an old injury, then went on vacation. Now I am ready to get back on the treadmill, literally.

My weigh-in is Sunday...185...down from 204 in November. Looking forward to seeing another 30 disappear. Just weighed myself and I'm down another pound. 184 lbs yay. Hit the 20 pounds lost mark and I'm pretty stoked about it.

I lost one pound, just one pound, in October. Actually, I lost three pounds and then gained two pounds. So with the hopes of losing more than one pound in November (considering Thanksgiving and a birthday) and keeping them off I have added 10,000 steps per day as a goal. So far I have made more than 10,000 steps for three out of four days.

Had a slight increase in weight today. But I am optimistic. I have been weighing and measuring my foods, I have also been completely Gluten Free. I have NO cravings for chocolate or the other crap I used to fill myself with! I am also feeling better.
