Ironically, tracking which I hate is what I am doing the best. Have lost my workout mojo these last few days but I am hunting for it:-) I plan to do strength training today.

Great job Cathy!

I've been doing really well too! Entering in some recipes so that I can truly track what I'm eating instead of just guessing.

Cardio and water are getting done! I need to do one more strength training day...

Had a good cardio day today & the easy track old-fashioned tracking is working really well for me. On water--I don't think I reached 8 glasses. Perhaps 5 or 6.

All in all, a good day challenge-wise emoticon

Water-- 6 glasses

Cardio--Had to take a friend to a doc appt and stay with her for 6 hours after procedure. So I'll count today as my rest day.

Water - 64 oz
Cardio - 15 min/day (one day for rest if needed)
Track Food - 2 full days this week...everything you eat!
Strength Training - at least 2 exercises for Upper, Core & Lower body - 2x this week.
