Did 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday and will take a long, brisk walk today - probably 45 minutes to an hour.

LOL Linda - I dare you to put up a sign that says "Parking - Horses Only" in front of your building.

I haven't done much exercise in the past week or so - was dealing with some family stuff and just didn't have the time. But we did do a ton of running around so I'd like to think I burned something. Back to a more formal workout routine today. I really feel the difference (shocking to me since I have not been someone who exercises regularly since --- well --- sheesh - since High School!) ... I'm actually looking forward to moving again.

LOL, Linda! I swear I spend much more time WORKING for those animals than playing with them! Definitely good for the "exercise" time, though! emoticon

I cleaned horse stalls. After the bad weather days we had this week, we kept the horses in for a number of days. Which means more stall cleaning -- UGH! At least an hour and a half of shoveling and hauling -- not to mention shoveling snow to dig out my tractor so I could get to the dump pile. I am hurting today! (Thanks especially to my stupid fibromyalgia...!) Ah well... I do feel l accomplished something and it was burning calories, too!

Went to do a weight lifting class but it turned out it was a pilates class instead. Sunday is usually my day of rest so pilates was good.

Hmmmm - got my 30 minutes in with my dog - but, I have to admit that she is becoming such a senior citizen that I should go out and do it again......she's walkin' a bit slower these days. Later (after laundry/cleaning), I'm going to do some isometrics with Melt It Off With Mitch - great video - works wonders for this ol' bod!!

Well, I changed the sheets on my bed today and then walked up and down the stairs to the basement to the second floor, then stood at the sink and washed dishes, and more down the basement stairs for laundry and back up again. Yup that's about it so far, still have to finish the laundry and I am sure there will be more dishes too....that's the extent of my exercise today lol.
