Never, ever give up! Not even after a fall. Pick yourself up immediately and start dusting off. Waiting until tomorrow just puts you further and further from your goal. It’s never too late in the day to start eating healthy.

You are so right about that compulsive first bite. Cookies are my greatest weak spot and after I've had that first one, its just downhill. Better not to have them at all.

Never take the first compulsive bite. The first compulsive bite is the one that you know because you argue in your head or bargain over eating the item... or it’s a trigger food. Avoid the first compulsive bite and avoid the binge.

Love your tips Beth .... I often use the Chia seeds and they are a help. ....On certain days if i was "short on sleep" .... i concentrated on keeping myself balanced with my foods and stayed positive til i got thru it. emoticon

Thanks Beth. I find that having protein every meal helps keep me satisfied in between. Every week I bake extra skinnless chicken breasts so there is always extra protein ready. I also keep hard-boiled eggs available.

Get at least 65-70 grams of protein minimum per day (ask your doctor if this interferes with your individual health) to boost weight loss

Always restart IMMEDIATELY if you veer off course. If you keep going off course the rest of the day, you are going further and further into weight gain.
