whole wheat crackers, Greek yogurt with granola with fine tiny while chocolate chips in it They are called "Flips in the store. The yogurt is just the flavor it says and then the foo foo little triangle of granola goodness It is wonderful

Breakfast - freshly squeezed fruit juice, cereal with chopped banana and yoghurt
Lunch - wholegrain bread with cold meets and cheese
Dinner - homemade chicken curry on a bed of stirfried cabbage and boiled rice, yoghurt
All within nutrient and curie targets.
+ lots of water!!

Pre-workout banana,
Poached eggs on whole grain seeded toast for breakfast,
Fougasse and mushroom soup for lunch,
Chips cooked in fatfree fryer for a snack (bought it today)
Duck, potato and zuccini for dinner
Yoghurt for dessert
Lots of water and fruit teas all day!

Lunch was a salad with a cheese sandwich; dinner is lamb steak, baked potato, roast baby parsnips and Italian style eggplant finely chopped and cooked with garlic, onion and thyme in stock - yum!

Had the breakfast I have a variation on 95% of the time:
Greek yogurt, fruit (today a pear), and 1T. of nuts (today chopped walnuts.)
Also coffee with skim milk.

Filling breakfast and lunch with seeded bread and protein. Tonight Laurie is cooking duck breasts for a treat, but he knows to keep it all as low fat as possible, so the skin will be ultra crispy and we'll be serving it with green beans, zucchini and healthy potato mash - yum!!
Goats milk yoghurts for dessert.
